Exeter International Airport is one of the fastest growing regional airports. The airport has seen tremendous growth in passenger numbers in the UK during the past few years. According to figures published by the CAA, a growth of more than 200% was seen in the five years from 2002 to 2007. In 2008 nearly 1 million passengers passed through the airport.
In the busy summer months Exeter International Airport now has over 300 flights per week flying to 52 destinations worldwide. A high percentage of these travellers are business passengers.
